Started Bartending in 1997 in a small bar in Epsom in Surrey. Joined TGI Fridays in Guildford in 1998. Won Individual Flair Title in 1999 at Whitbread head office (Chiswell Street) against a total of 300 bartenders.

In the Year 2000 Scott went to London (Covent Garden TGI Fridays) and became head bartender after 6 months and master bartender after 18 months. 2001 Scott became TGI Fridays Bartender of the year and represented the UK in the world finals, but not before opening new stores for TGI’s and consulting all stores on the refurbishment training and new drink initiative (Step Change) which is still in place to this day. He then left TGI Fridays in 2002 and became head bartender and acting bar manager at Café De Paris for 2 years until in 2004 became a full time Director of Movers and Shakers.

During his career he has made numerous tv, radio and newspaper appearances, traveled the world and competed at the highest level of bartending - here are some of his milestones.
