Bartenders are the basis of our business at Movers & Shakers 90% of our business is word of mouth and this is purely because of our amazing staff.

All of our staff are alike in some way but not in others. All of our bartenders have a good knowledge of bartending in general - are all friendly and are all professional, but at Movers & Shakers we recogonise individuals 'special powers' or field of expertise, as not all bartenders are the same:

Flair Bartenders - Flair is the term used for juggling bottles. Flair bars usually make uncomplicated drinks, so that the bartenders can concentrate on throwing stuff around

Mixologists - Mixology is a term no-one really like to use but it does describe well a bartenders main attribute. Mixologists take time and care making every drink. Using the finest ingredients

Volume - Some bartenders are great for festivals or parties that are going to have alot of people turn up at once. Volume bartenders are usually the most experienced, have great service ettiquette

Obviously Movers & Shakers knows a good bartender from a bad one, we take time in selecting bartenders to be on our team and to someone without our experience all of our bartenders would seem great at everything. We are just being very selective!

Some bartenders have more than 1 special power, its hard to find a bartender that has all three.
