THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
Bartenders
All bartenders used are recommended and endorsed by Movers & Shakers with a minimum of two years bartending experience. All our bartenders have a great knowledge of flair and mixology. Check out the 'players section' for a taste of who we mix it with!
Workstations
Single workstations include storage racks, glassware station, ice well, speed rails and fridge. Dimensions of single workstations are: 2m long x 2.5m deep and require an electrical supply and access to water facilities.
Double workstations include storage racks, glassware stations, ice wells, speed rails, sink and fridges. Dimensions of double workstations are: 4.5m long x 2.5m deep and require an electrical supply and access to water facilities.
Equipment
Equipment provided includes: electrical mixers, mixing tins, floor bounce mats, juice pourers, pour spouts, re-usable plastic glassware (to adhere with Health & Safety requirements), straws, napkins, fruit garnishes.
Drinks Volume
The number of cocktails per function should be used as a guide and are based upon the physical number of cocktails our bartenders can produce over a given period of time. If you intend all of your guests to turn up at approximately the same time we can prepare cocktails in advance for consumption upon arrival.
Travel
For events outside the M25 a one-way charge of 30p per mile will be added to the invoice price.
Additional Hours
We don't want to stop having a good time, but our bartenders need their beauty sleep too!!. Our events our based on 6 hours of service, if you require them to be longer (license permitting) this can be arranged at a rate of £50 per bartender per additional hour or part thereof.
Corkage
If selecting drinks package A for your bar please be aware that a corkage fee of £2.50 per guest applies. The number of guests needs to be known in advance in order to quote accurately and plan event correctly.
License
Certain venues, events and drinks packages require a liquor license to be obtained before alcohol can be purchased. We are able to let you know if a license is required for your function and advise on obtaining one for your event.
VAT
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. [exception - drink retail prices].
