Movers and Shakers works by first of all supplying: the bar, the staff and the equipment. This figure is based on how many people are coming to your event - the more people the more bartop we will need to serve over and the more staff is required to serve. This is a fixed cost. Obviously the further you are away from London (we're a London based company) the more it will cost to get there, this is also a fixed cost.

The real variable is stock. How it works is that we will recommend all the stock you will need for your party based on your requirements, we then get a stock list together. To which you can go and buy or we will supply (sometimes a bit of both). At the end of the event all the stock is yours.

To aid the whole process we have 'set packages' which does exactly what it says on the tin! Pick a package you know exactly what you are getting and how much it will all be.
