If anything is shaping the way we drink cocktails at the moment its the introduction of fresh organic juices and fruit purees.
At Movers & Shakers we try and get things as fresh as possible, and our juices are squeezed the night before an event, and thats ANY juice. We also offer the facility to have juice with bits in or strained, or even half strained. So if it can be squeezed we'll give it a go.
Another massive influence on cocktail creation is the introduction of fresh fruit puree's. These thick, intense fruit ingredients really add substance to any drink and our now very popular in the London cocktail scene. Name a fruit, we can supply the puree - flavours include Lychee, White Peach, Kiwi and raspberry to name but a few.
